I just bought a pack of Entanmens Doughnuts and the first thing I though was a young 11 year old troll that was on this forum when I first joined. Even though the names are not the same, its pretty close.
Then the waterway in the NY area called Arthur Kill reminded me of the late Conrad Bain's character he played on the CBS sitcom Maude, who was an obnoxious jerk who was one you wanted to kill figuratively at the time that show aired on TV.
Van Dyke Road in Lutz, FL reminds me of comedian Dick Van Dyke, for obvious reasons.
What things or objects do you have to share that remind you of specific people due to the name?
The very first thing I think of when I see something named Pearson is a mitochondrial disease (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pearson_syndrome), of which there are "less than hundred cases have been reported in medical literature worldwide" (literally in that article) yet somehow I managed to meet not one but two (!) of them. It's not the only family name I have tied to a disease, the same happens with a French one, Dravet (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dravet_syndrome), although it is rare.
Kaiser Pass in the Sierra Nevada Range always makes me think of Kaiser Wilhelm.
