Does anyone know what the exit numbers on TX 45/130 are for the exits south of TX 71 (Exit 449) are, if there are any?

isn't it supposed to be future I-69 which starts all the way down in Brownsville?

No, that comes down farther east coming through north of Houston and the Victoria areas. TX-130 is more along the lines of TTC-35.
