I thought you have to have a UK IP address to listen to it.

Good to see that the Ordnance Survey gets the first program - it really is the best cartography for small scale (1:50,000 and below) in the world, though it's limited to Britain and the Isle of Man. Ireland (both North and Republic) has similar mapping, but it's not quite the same. The entire country is at this level of detail and clarity (http://www.multimap.com/s/t7tRqpJN).

A proxy server can easily defeat it.
