I first heard about this on the traffic alert radio station around Nashville but I didn't know it was this bad.
The accident happened around mile post 58 near Munfordsville, KY @ 5:16am CDT.
I-65 northbound was shut down and was supposed to be reopened by 5pm. (I initially heard 3:30pm on the Nashville radio message.)

It seems like the driver of the truck is to blame here. One has to wonder whether this happens enough to warrant installing concrete barriers along that stretch of I-65 to replace the cable barriers?
Isn't this stretch of I-65 supposed to be widened in a few years, which would probably mean that a concrete jersey barrier would be installed?
Last week was certainly a mess for I-65 NB in general from the sound of it.
