I know we have many instances of consecutive route numbers in overlaps around the country. Though some states may have none at this one, but still many to list.
How about a three route concurrency of numbers in order?
In Green Cove Springs, FL we have FL 15 (the unsigned state route for US 17), FL 16, and US 17 all overlapped within it's city limits.
Any more that anyone can see around?

Sometimes a motel is just a motel.
I believe historically there was US 1/MA 2/and either MA or US 3 in Cambridge before US 1 was routed on the Tobin Bridge/Northeast Expressway.
Toledo Ohio had at one time Bypass US-23-24-25. mockup of the Toledo Bypass sign is here: https://www.aaroads.com/shields/show.php?image=OH19560231
