Applications based upon relocating U.S. 61 from within Davenport to an overlap with Interstates 280 and 80 on the west and north sides of the Quad Cities. The surface alignment would be retained as a Business Loop.
There was a story on Lcal that thye considered doing away withthe one ways on Brady and Harrison. Traffic runs well on them. That was pursued when the Gaines Street Expressway was abandoned.
