Example on Sycamore Street near Iowa City, Iowa (https://goo.gl/maps/dNpzHvTnjSXMPdCK6). I am assuming there is another road planned to connect here in the future (possibly a future eastward extension of McCollister Boulevard).
Also this one on Yankee Hill Road near Lincoln, Nebraska (https://goo.gl/maps/sLNmH5HKbGFhYSJJ8)
Any others, possibly where future road connections have been canceled?
There are a few on Arkansas Road in West Monroe, LA, but the roundabouts are new enough that Street View and even Satellite imagery haven't been updated yet.
I feel like this one is for a road test that happens to be open to the public.

I have no idea what this one is.

Nope, just "build it and they'll come" nonsense. They do film movies down there; if you slide west to the next intersection you can see a fake strip mall for a movie set. Last time I was down there a fake house was in that spot.
Roundabout at Schoolhouse Road and Krumkill Road in Albany, NY serves a dirt road or driveway.
I don't know why this one was built. The houses to one side were already there when they built this.

Also, this one here is relatively pointless because the road that goes off the "bottom" is not a thru street despite what the map seems to show (there's an industrial area down there that is gated off) and almost nobody uses the connection from the roundabout.

While not "private", there are roundabouts on the south and east side of Saginaw Valley State University to access college roads.
In the most literal sense of the topic, this roundabout (https://www.google.com/maps/@45.5860731,-94.2059318,439m/data=!3m1!1e3)serves the entrance to a health clinic and, yes, a private driveway on the opposite side. It's actually a pretty congested roundabout. I've seen vehicles trying to enter the roadway from the private driveway a couple of times and I always feel bad because it looks like they've been waiting there for quite some time.
On the Carmel-Indianapolis border, the roundabout with 96th Street and Hazel Dell Parkway has a dirt road to the south. Said road serves an IPL substation and an asphalt plant.

Zoom out slightly and you see six roundabouts AND a DDI. Nice!
Two roundabouts on the Vermont state highway system include access points to car dealerships: US 2/302 in Montpelier, and VT 7A/VT 11/VT 30 in Manchester.
This roundabout on Pfeiffer Woods DR. in Kentwood, MI serves a dumpster behind a retirement home and an employee parking lot. The employee parking lot was recently added. In the previous dozen years or so it just serviced the dumpster. I'd venture to say this area sees about 100 vehicles per day. https://roundabouts.kittelson.com/Roundabouts/Details/1198

This might be stretching the thread too far, but I used to work
