Hi! My excitement about this forum isn't really helping my grammar right now so excuse my mistakes.
To start off, my name is Dan and I am an aspiring roadgeek from New Jersey! I reside in the NYC metro area, meaning I like to research a lot about the highways in my area such as I-78, the GSP and the Turnpike.
I have been interested in roads for many years but only have just started taking it seriously. Unfortunately I don't get to travel around much although I can say I am also interested in NY and PA. Other places I've been through are DE, Eastern MD, and southern VA. I also just recently started getting into bridges (primarily truss ones).
Among my favorite highways are I-78 and the Northway (I-87), I can't say I love the NJ turnpike too much but it is pretty cool. GSP is probably my favorite along with the 1-9, which might be surprising since it goes through that crazy interchange at Newark Airport. I'll tack on US 13 as I love the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel, definitely one of the coolest bridges I've crossed.
That's all I got for now, hope to meet some fellow NJ geeks on here! It would be really awesome to see more from my home state.

Greetings from a former NJ resident, I was born and raised there, but moved south to North/East Florida in late September of 2017.
Howdy from Houston!
Welcome from Massachusetts!
Greetings from So Cal. Never was a New Jerseyite but I have visited a few times, more often by rail than highway.
Greetings from Indiana, and my entire experience in NJ is I-80, US-46, NJ-3, and NJ-495.
I have family in NJ, only $71 away in tolls. Thankful for (mostly) free roads where I'm from.
Hello from the Midwest! I've never been to the state of New Jersey, but I've seen some interesting things on Street View from there.
