As of 2021-02-20, the ten gallon hat logo is still on Hillsborough street in raleigh. Just went there not too long ago and its still there.
Last I knew, there was still one of those on Beauregard Street just off VA-236 in Alexandria, Virginia, outside the Landmark Plaza shopping center (the strip mall west of I-395, not the defunct Landmark Mall on the east side of the highway). I haven't driven past there in a few months, though, because I just don't usually have much reason to go in that direction.
Hasn't there already been a thread like this?

AFAIK there isnt.
There's a neon hat logo in Phoenix, AZ:
https://www.google.com/maps/@33.480502,-111.9985904,3a,90y,75.94h,106.07t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sfUJ4VdAjk8Ip5jc2Jk1YqA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192
And it probably won't get replaced soon because it recently got remodeled and they decided to keep it around. Here's the article:
https://www.azcentral.com/story/entertainment/dining/2019/11/08/a-piece-of-phoenix-history-restored-arbys-neon-sign-will-glow-again-on-east-thomas-road/2518015001/
Seems like the title of the thread is becoming less and less accurate. Makes me wonder why the OP thought it was the last one in the country.

Also the one on Brewerton rd in SYR was renovated and kept the hat.

In Florida most Arby's are modern. Lakeland was one of the few around Central Florida.

Right, but as your slice of FL goes, so goes not the country.
There is one in Green Bay and one in the suburb of Ashwaubenon.
Spokane still has its sign https://goo.gl/maps/ig9yQe1BdXj2Rksw5
There are at least one or two in the Twin Cities. One is in Brooklyn Park. I think there might be another still in Uptown that I thought was gone but was surprised to still see it.

There was one along old US-66 in Bethany that I assumed was intentionally left in place for Route 66 nostalgia trip purposes. Apparently not, as it was removed when the store was renovated in 2018.
There's another one at the corner of Wolf and Cermak in the western suburbs of Chicago.

The one on State Street in Saginaw, MI was replaced within the last couple of years. I believe it was about two years ago that it was replaced. Here's a GSV from 2012, one from 2019 shows the new sign.

If there's one OCD-type job I thought about doing, it would be going around to make marquee signs look good. Great job centering the words in the middle, but why the numbers way off to the sides?

^^ They changed 2 logos since then. 1 in lower case characters, and now a standard font look like the hat in photo 2.

No need to travel east. Tacoma/38th St still has the tall hat sign: https://goo.gl/maps/szdoaY32KCFu2dee7
It's in very good shape.
I didn't realize it was that many still around. I'm guessing its popular to remove them when the restaurants get remodeled though.

I said one of the last. The headline was a grabber. Jersey City for years had one at the entrance to the Holland Tunnel.
A smaller sign with the hat at the US-1/MD-198 intersection in Laurel (https://goo.gl/maps/uTkLEtjRb97yCqg87)
Looks like the pair on Concord Pike (US 202) north of Wilmington, although shorter versions, are still there, according to GSV (but sadly, the nearby old school bell Taco Bell signs are gone). The one on Wolcott St in Waterbury, CT, although still tall, has been replaced with the modern logo.
I'm surprised there are this many still around, too: not because I thought they were gone, but because I never even knew they existed until this thread. :D
Muncie Indiana has one.
Muncie also has an old McDonald's sign

Perhaps instead of trying to "grab" people–you don't benefit from anyone reading a thread so there's no need to engage in BuzzFeed clickbait tactics–you should instead actually indicate what you're intent on discussing. As originally titled there was no indication that the last of
what kind was gone.

Oh I thought it was in Muncie.
There's still one on Street Road (PA 132) (https://goo.gl/maps/7dVxghrLuRq5BCYn8) in Feasterville-Trevose that was kept even after the building was remodeled.
There's also one hanging around on East Michigan Avenue in Jackson, MI. This was one of the original covered-wagon style buildings, since remodeled.

I'll have to start paying attention.

bumping as the one in Green Bay is building a new restaurant across the street and the city won't let them relocate the sign ("doesn't meet code") so that is another one lost.

I found a Arby's old school sign in Kentucky. 5022 South 3rd Street, Louisville.
I'm curious if the orange Arby's signs are being replaced by the white ones? I really like the orange sign.
Still another old-school Arby's sign in Gainesville, Florida (https://goo.gl/maps/B1bWoZyrTczngstp9).
Used to eat here as a student when I didn't know any better.
They're still using the 'hat' logo in their corporate advertising, too. I saw it in an ad that was shown during a game that I saw on one of the screens at a local sports bar, yesterday.

The one on Federal Boulevard in Westminster (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.8237894,-105.0251634,3a,75y,12.13h,89.12t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sjmjG-qvS2apydUQJgjXOrQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192), Colorado, still has its sign. Obviously this is grandfathered in since Westminster's strict sign code prevents any new signs like these.

Both my avatar pic and Froggie's pic (http://www.vahighways.com/cutouts/images/us058konn.jpg) of the same location were taken in 2007. I haven't been there since then so I don't know if this set still stands.
