On the flip side, what supplanted roads have been the most neglected/serve the least purpose?

I think that US 19 still carries a bit of local importance up to Cranberry at least.  Honestly, I feel that US 19 TRUCK in Pittsburgh has supplanted bannerless US 19.

Mainly in northern PA, from Cranberry to Erie County.
