As most roadgeeks know, the I-76/I-80/Ohio Turnpike interchange is a very unusual junction, as two different numbered highways completely change their roadways at the same time. And since both interstates run east-west, they pretty much parallel themselves, especially west of Youngstown.
One thing that always irked me about this interchange is how very little they publicize the "odd man out", or in this case the highway least traveled on any of the BGSs:
EB I-76 @ Ohio Turnpike Exit 218 -- Plenty of mention of I-80 East (Youngstown/New York City), but hardly a BGS mention of I-80 West (Cleveland)
EB I-80 @ Ohio Turnpike Exit 218 -- Plenty of mention of I-76 East (Ohio & PA Turnpikes/Pittsburgh) but hardly a BGS mention of I-76 West (Akron)
WB I-80 @ Ohio Turnpike Exit 218 -- Plenty of mention of I-76 West into Akron, but barely any mention of I-76 East into Pittsburgh.
WB I-76 @ Ohio Turnpike Exit 218 -- Plenty of mention of I-80 West into Cleveland, but barely a mention of I-80 East into Youngstown.
I know they only truly sign the either/or option for the routes going the same cardinal direction to avoid any confusion with the ultra-quiet "third option" which may have people following the right route, but in the opposite direction.
The only other times I have seen a major route be largely or completely ignored at an interchange on a BGS is when it is at the opposite end of a Business Loop (where the BL rejoins the highway in the same direction) -- they only would list the US or State Route at that intersection only.
Are there any other notable occurrences in which there is an exit to an official I-, US-, or state route that is not listed on the primary BGSs leading up to their official junction, or if they are, they are listed only on a secondary sign?

They probably figure that it's not necessary to publicize a movement that doesn't "make sense", like going from WB 80 to EB 76. In fact, in a similar situation, where EB I-240 ends at I-40, you don't even have the option of going from EB I-240 to WB I-40 or EB I-40 to WB I-240. If you want to do that, you have to get off at the next exit and get back on going the other way (or get off before the merge and connect using a city street).
I-87 to I-587; there is no mention of I-587 on exit signs.
Route 262 at I-880 in Fremont - only signed as "TO I-680." (From I-680, 262 is actually acknowledged.)
At present - I assume this is temporary - the new Route 4 freeway southeast of Route 160 in Antioch is not signed for Route 4, but as "Bypass Road - Brentwood."
