Being that I-20 is one of man roads that serves two consecutive state capitals with one large city in between it can actually have the rare occurrence of having them both appear as sole control cities on one particular sign panel.

Are there any other places that list two state capitals on one guide sign?
I-75's interchanges with I-275 and I-70 have Indianapolis and Columbus on a single BGS.
When I-90 EB leaves the NY thruway at Exit 24, I-90 has a BGS with Albany and Boston at exit 1N:
https://www.google.com/maps/@42.6960314,-73.8417648,3a,75y,158.46h,109.14t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sl9a9aW8Hd4jgZxMT9OrK2A!2e0!7i16384!8i8192
Originally all I-70 interchanges between Columbus and Indy had the chance for them to be together until both states started using Dayton as a control city.
Cheating a bit since it’s an APL, but Salt Lake (City) and Cheyenne appear on the same sign at the east end of SR 201 in South Salt Lake and I think a couple others on various approaches to that interchange.
(https://live.staticflickr.com/980/27460463097_61e416ec12_z.jpg) (https://flic.kr/p/HQA3Yi)
(By the way, UDOT did put up an I-80 shield next to Reno a couple weeks after I took that photo. But you can tell it looks different from the three others.)
There's probably a sign or two on I-24 in Chattanooga with Nashville and Atlanta together.
I-495 Exit 13 with I-95 features Boston and Providence:
https://www.google.com/maps/@42.0161927,-71.2381245,3a,75y,309.4h,95.64t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sWEcIo9R1oJ5DbTdS15C9sA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?hl=en
Then there's NH Route 101's interchange with I-93 in Manchester, featuring Concord and Boston:
https://www.google.com/maps/@43.0032629,-71.4044425,3a,75y,255.63h,98.24t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sSLldppci0hrYVqenFS27tA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?hl=en
And there's I-91's interchange with I-89 featuring Montpelier and Concord:

I-694 southbound approaching I-94 (Madison and St. Paul) - this example may no longer exist as MnDOT has been transitioning the I-94 EB control to Eau Claire:

There is another thread similar I created that fits. It is about two state capitals for one freeway signed at one interchange.

The latter is much (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.8551662,-84.1895514,3a,75y,7.67h,86.6t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sLdseel394Qbb9JBdGBTBFA!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3DLdseel394Qbb9JBdGBTBFA%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D95.64082%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1) too (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.1682369,-85.0969412,3a,57.4y,271.64h,90.58t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sUsxFycJkrQ9V49Q6yrSF6A!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3DUsxFycJkrQ9V49Q6yrSF6A%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D5.3037033%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1) common (https://www.google.com/maps/@43.6823442,-93.3141351,3a,75y,276.54h,84.48t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sgREWLwD9i4fN8SeKUSkJHw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!5m1!1e1) to (https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4817441,-73.6760096,3a,75y,85.79h,86.01t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1so8MnlRgV_uuVFGpr7jl6XQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!5m1!1e1) be (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.7912666,-72.5696894,3a,75y,148.08h,91.18t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1skbR3IfEs-RTI5RiPklXPyQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1) noteworthy (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.7103332,-112.1927473,3a,45.5y,178.26h,91.83t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sdljqT0GTkC8o54qwmmUZdg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1).
Then there's also the tangential question of which capitals are NEVER on the same panel (or even signed at the same location) as another capital.
My guess without verifying:
Juneau
Phoenix
Tallahassee
Honolulu
Springfield
Topeka
Frankfort
Baton Rouge
Augusta
Annapolis (unless you count Washington)
Jackson
Jefferson City
Helena
Lincoln
Trenton
Santa Fe
Raleigh
Bismarck
Salem
Harrisburg
Pierre
Austin
Richmond (unless you count Washington)
Olympia
Charleston
On a side note, here's a single panel for Sacramento and Carson City. (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.5340823,-119.7724427,3a,75y,293.87h,94.51t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sJH_VhlrlLzuDljPilEswoA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192)

Being that I-20 is one of man roads that serves two consecutive state capitals with one large city in between it can actually have the rare occurrence of having them both appear as sole control cities on one particular sign panel.

Are there any other places that list two state capitals on one guide sign?
I'm not sure, but I would think that WB I-80 at I-580 in Reno would have a pull through for Sacramento and an exit for Carson City. It may be that SB US-395 (which becomes I-580) near I-80 in Reno would have a pull through for Carson City, and interchanges onto I-80 for Sacramento and Salt Lake.

How about this (https://www.google.com/maps/@32.4086941,-84.9254036,3a,75y,153.79h,93.36t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sX5OG5aOzwWsMItOcX-uLLA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!5m1!1e1) for two capitals on one overhead sign? :D
Or in that same vein, but less impressive, this (https://www.google.com/maps/@32.4776568,-85.0305053,3a,37.5y,190.18h,88.41t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sH1bGM63NeDR0rn_40lTPGw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1)?

My guess without verifying:
[see list below]
You knew someone would have to try and find some of these:
Juneau - none
Phoenix - none
Tallahassee - can't find any, frustratingly, but I'll keep looking
Honolulu - none
Springfield - on the same overhead as Indy
here (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.1154716,-88.3048313,3a,75y,353.43h,85.58t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sZcUvXZoSC7gDW3SDsdvbzQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1)
Topeka -
none on the same overhead as Oklahoma City at I-35/I-335 (see posts below); Topeka also
should be signed at
this exit (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.6540013,-95.8532095,3a,75y,257.91h,82.14t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sOQFATI_7awinKNRhOH4HaA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!5m1!1e1)
Frankfort - none
Baton Rouge - on the same overhead as Jackson
here (https://www.google.com/maps/@30.4791595,-90.4853202,3a,75y,274.03h,89.19t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sT10sGiIgsyUCLbu5WGtZFg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1)
Augusta - real version
here (https://www.google.com/maps/@43.631215,-70.3414542,3a,37.5y,305.6h,88.56t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sOCLXr3cIzSkptG0Z6-oETg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1), cheap version
here (https://www.google.com/maps/@33.7089072,-84.2464979,3a,75y,36.55h,87.06t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sF-XG8bXgdoV4BjFmHyx97w!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1) (hey, it was never specified that the sign had to be referring to the one that's a capital! :-P)
Annapolis (unless you count Washington) -
so close (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.1429171,-75.9246748,3a,75y,200.97h,84.92t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sTtAx8oRsNYlCU6T9SPjDPw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!5m1!1e1) if only they used Annapolis instead of "Bay Bridge"...
Jackson - see Baton Rouge; see also
here (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.1558929,-90.1522208,3a,75y,117.17h,89.16t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1srv8Nov-Q0uEUtWnglWaX4Q!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1); Little Rock/Jackson might exist as well (it does; see posts below)
Jefferson City - none unless you count the cheap version using Columbia, MO
here (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.7743449,-92.2541046,3a,37.5y,114.98h,86.21t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sjTA0K-zWHO-bB0gwbzaWmw!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3DjTA0K-zWHO-bB0gwbzaWmw%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D252.67097%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656!5m1!1e1)
Helena - none
Lincoln - on the same overhead as Des Moines
here (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.2231496,-95.9516658,3a,75y,2.45h,85.38t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s28uyp_nuFzSCS7egE8n3_A!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1)
Trenton - there's got to be one with Harrisburg somewhere;
this (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.1310695,-74.9664544,3a,75y,293.16h,78.96t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s_xulM61TRSZ9FIlUEeAxAQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1) would be a great spot for a pull-through
Santa Fe - none, unless there's something with Denver along I-25
Raleigh - signed at the I-95/US 64 junction along with Richmond, but never on the same overhead
Bismarck - none, sadly. I-94 uses Minneapolis instead of St. Paul/Twin Cities, and Pierre isn't used that far north
Salem - none
Harrisburg - see Trenton
Pierre - none
Austin - none, unless there is somewhere in the DFW area with Oklahoma City, but TXDOT seems to prefer Waco/Denton
Richmond (unless you count Washington) - see Raleigh
Olympia - none
Charleston - none unless you count the cheap version using Charleston, SC
here (https://www.google.com/maps/@33.3135927,-80.5512759,3a,75y,28.51h,85.11t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sGdKFJ9l66-8QFE-wuwWD3Q!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1)
There are several along I-94 in southeast MN and northwest WI that show St. Paul and Madison.

Not exactly changed, more like evolved into a sub-topic of trying to find every capital on the same overhead as another
I am surprised no one came up with this obvious one.
