I wasn't aware that he had died three days ago. RIP.

The news hit yesterday when his wife announced it.

Truly love the band Kansas, though Steinhardt only had a decade-worth of time in the band since the early-80's. He brought an element to rock music that no one else really had before, and did a damn good job doing so.
