That's a useless study............cause it's a waste of money and time. MODOT is bankrupt and has no money left to do any big upgrades like that would be needed here. Unless the Governor and General Assembly come up with better and new funding sources MODOT is in a death spiral. Pete Rahn jumped the ship like a rat off the Titanic.

^ If the study is in hand, there's always the chance it could be built with future pork from DC or another stimulus package.

Only High Cost Solution 1 makes sense to me. Others just move the problem down the road a year or two.

All of these seem like a band-aid for a bullet wound, none of which are a great option. Maybe a local/express setup would be better. More money, but more ability to expand?
