Title: Central California ITE presentation on US 99 in San Joaquin Valley

On August 31st I (Tom) gave a presentation during the Central California Institute of Transportation virtual luncheon.  The topic I presented was the history of the corridor of US Route 99 in the communities of; Tulare, Visalia, Fresno and Madera.  While the presentation was heavily centric around the history of US Route 99 in San Joaquin Valley the early history of the State Highway System in California was also a topic of focus.  The images from the presentation can be found on the Flickr below:
