I was surfing the net earlier today when I stumbled upon a defensive driving website (https://www2.safetyserve.com/defensive-driving-course-outline) with a little introductory video that, among other things, showed this rather complex interchange:

It's a mix of a cloverleaf and a stack, with lots of weird things going on in the loop ramps, and so I'm a bit curious about it. I have no idea where it is, though. My guess is somewhere in Texas, but that's based on nothing more than a hunch.
Can someone here pin it down a bit more exactly?
I almost want to say I-80/94 at Kennedy Ave in NW Indiana but nahh
For some reason, I have a feeling that this interchange is in another country.

It might be that the modifications to the vanilla cloverleaf are probably provisions for mass transit, which would be far more disgustingly dismal in the United States than in any other part of the developed world.
It almost looks like a video game, like Cities Skylines. If it's not, then it might be in Canada or Germany or something because it doesn't look American, mostly based on the lane markings at the exits.
It's definitely not Cities: Skylines. To me it seems Western European or perhaps Chinese, in the suburbs or outskirts of a major city. Putting things on a cloverleaf loop is something seen more in other countries.
On that note, I wonder if I should upload screenshots of the occasionally odd interchange creations I've made in Cities:Skylines to see what people would name them :-D

i would pls
Not that it helps ID this at all, but there does seem to be some high-voltage transmission towers going right thru the interchange (utilizing space in 2 of the loop ramps). Not sure I've seen that anywhere over here (but would not be surprised if it happens).
