Under construction in El Paso is the new Spur 601, known as Liberty Expressway. This new freeway runs from the U.S. 54/Railroad Drive interchange east to Loop 375 inside Fort Bliss.

Yup. DBFO. It was listed in TxDOT's letting list and I was waiting for the construction plans for it to appear . . . they never did.

Speaking of Loop-375, any recent developments about the proposed stack interchange with I-10? (the current cloverleaf one will be kept to desserve the service roads)

I think the IH 10/LP 375 stack is being done by the RMA which covers El Paso, through a design-build contract.
