I'll go with the second one since I can see the black more clearer.

Also, I've never seen NCDOT do this on a bridge approach and I'm referring to the solid yellow and white lines. I like them, but maybe they deemed that it's unnecessary but I think they should go on and do it. It makes it more visible.

I prefer the third. It's like the first one, but the side stripes seem a bit wider. Having the black stripe after seems weird to me.

Well in recent rehab projects that NCDOT has done, those are coming out more. And for here I'll take your vote as you like the first link better.
