I prefer high mast and trussed arms like North Carolina, New Jersey, and other states use. Virginia uses single arm (not trussed) poles.
Also in Virginia apparently I haven't been seeing many high-mast arm poles at interchanges that are for arterials...

I like the design of the I-95 one the best.
I can't say this is something I've ever paid super close attention to, but the high mast lights on I-95 and I-73 remind me of the ones on I-15 and some other freeways in the Salt Lake area.
For median light poles, I like this design used on the I-57/70 concurrency in IL (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.1290307,-88.5657206,3a,65.4y,204h,100.02t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sw_vb1t-xECoByyrc4BGqZw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) the best.
