I try to find signs that have 3 or more control cities on them and find the largest cities on them.
West Virginia has got a bunch of easy ones: The Exit 44 connector from (now) WV-817 to I-64 has several gantries with I-64 west/Huntington over the left lane and I-64 east/Charleston over the right lane. There's also the one BGS set on the Exit 50 connector from WV-25 at Institute. Plus, there is the new one near the end of US-35 at Exit 40 in Scott Depot, but both are right side exits and I can't remember if they are on the same cantilever. Not sure if the OP would give credit to the many turn lane BGS at many of the other exits along I-64.

Those are great. But many of the toll booth on-ramps for the Pennsylvania Turnpike have mini-BGS (and perhaps full-size BGS) that actually qualify for this thread: Pittsburgh (west) and Philadelphia (east).
Also, I'm sure that I've seen something in the Columbus area along I-71 showing Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati all on the same gantry, but I can't remember exactly where.
The only place you could find a sign listing Kentucky's three biggest cities is at the end of the Western Kentucky Parkway where you might find Louisville, Lexington, and Bowling Green listed. The only problem is that Bowling Green is omitted in favor of Nashville. There are signs at the intersection of the WK Parkway, US 31W, and KY 61 with Louisville, Lexington, Nashville, and Paducah listed, but no Bowling Green. (BG is now the third largest city in Kentucky, having surpassed Owensboro a few years ago.)

This basically doesn't exist in Utah. 6 of Utah's 10 largest cities are suburbs, and of the other four legitimate city centers, two are not really used all that much as interstate controls.

In both of MO's two largest cities, signs on I-70 make mention of St. Louis
and Kansas City at the same time, and all the exits in between probably do as well. And somewhere on I-70 in IL approaching I-270, Chicago is added as the third city so as to qualify for this thread:

Louisiana doesn't have a place to catch the 3 largest cities, mainly because Shreveport is too far in the other corner from Baton Rouge and New Orleans.
New Orleans and Baton Rouge are paired frequently as they are 80 miles apart. The I-10/I-12 split westbound on I-12 and I-10/12/59 coming from Mississippi are two good ones for BGS's.
Alexandria has 4 exits in close succession on the Traffic Circle showing Shreveport, Monroe, Lake Charles, and Opelousas (used to be Baton Rouge for US 71) which snags #3, #5, #8, and #20.
I always thought it was interesting after the Traffic Circle exit for US 71 South with a control city for Opelousas (referring to a connection to I-49 south), there's immediately a mileage sign that follows with distance to Baton Rouge and New Orleans (2 & 1)
