Spinoff of the other thread as I discovered I've clinched three 77s (Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin) and "technically" three 61s (US, Minnesota, Ontario). My totals probably aren't as impressive as others, but you get the idea.
Three 35s (I-, Illinois, Virgin Islands)
Three 41s (I-, one branch in Arkansas, Minnesota)
Three 43s (I-, Minnesota, South Dakota)
Three 290s (all three I-290s)
Another subsection: how many numbers have you been on that are all clinched? I've only been on two 39s, I-39 and MN 39 but clinched both. Again, will likely be wiped out by other people, but again you get the idea. The above-mentioned 43 also fits for me.
Not counting bannered routes (Alt, Business, etc.) or Business Interstates, I think my answer is 10.
CO10
FL10
FL10A
K-10
NH10A
VT10A
WYO10
If I am allowed those, then I have forty-one 90s: 36 Interstate Business loops/spurs, M90 in Scotland, A90 in Scotland, US90Alt in Jacksonville, AZ90, and CO90.
I have 2 highways numbered the following clinched:
270: I-270 St Louis, I-270 Spur DC
275: I-275 Cincinnati, I-275 Knoxville
675: I-675 Dayton, I-675 Atlanta
I have eight 295s clinched:
I-295 Florida
I-295 Virginia
I-295 Maryland/DC
I-295 Delaware/New Jersey/Pennsylvania
I-295 Rhode Island/Massachusetts (looks like I made a typo in my .LIST file, as Travel Mapping doesn't show this one)
I-295 Maine
DC-295
MD-295
(I-295 New York is a "travelled but not clinched.")
I am thinking 54 with six (NC, VA, MD/DE, PA, NJ). However, this is without me looking deeper.
QuoteI-295 Rhode Island/Massachusetts (looks like I made a typo in my .LIST file, as Travel Mapping doesn't show this one)
That may also be related to the exit renumbering in MA from last year.

Ah, good point. Thanks. Either way, I've saved the correction on my end but am not going to bother Jim with an updated file over something minor like that.
My answer would be 288, which is a little strange. I've clinched 4 instances of one:
TX
TX Business B
TX TOLL
CR (Brazoria County)
From the traveled thread, I figured it would be the same...but nope.
#275 has 8 clinches: I-275 (FL, TN, MI, OH-IN-KY), TN 275, AL 275, Texas SH 275, Texas Loop 275
#16, with 7 : I-16, US 16 (Truck), FL, IA, PA, TN, WA.
#24, with 7: AL, CA, FL, FL, MA, RI, and NC 24 (Business).
#35, with 7: I-35E, I-35W, BL-35, AL, TN, CT, FL
#149, with 7: AL, CA, IN, MA, MS, TN, TX

Mine almost matches yours. I'm missing both FL & ME (never been there).
Here's what I can come up with off the top of my head.
I've clinched three 30s: the interstate and the NC and VA routes
Four 195s: the interstates in MD, NJ, VA, plus the state VA route
Three 264s: the US route and both interstates
Three 395s: the interstates in CT, DC/VA, MD
Four 440s: the NJ/NY route and all three interstates
EDIT:
four 495s: the interstates in DC/MD/VA, DE, NY,
plus NJ 495
After a quick look, 125 appears to be the winner for me with 3 separate instances clinched. Two of them are continuations of each other, though (Like a so-called "multi-state route", concept I'm a denialist of).
I haven't clinched a lot of highways, so it's a multiple way tie between:
- New Brunswick highways 2, 11, 15, 16
- Québec highways 185 (as of 2018), 198, 199, 740, 973
I'm not a big clincher; the winner is probably (CA, CT, I-) 17.
I'm not a big clincher either. My main thing is an activity I've dubbed "routesnapping" (try to get a photo of a route marker for as many routes as possible in a certain set). I'm going solely off of TM data for this, but I think my most commonly clinched number is 58 (Illinois, Michigan, Colorado, and Iowa). Again, I'm not counting bannered, suffixed, or county routes.
I believe it is 64 (IA, IL and NE).
I've clinched 3 highways numbered 12:
I-12
LA 12
TX 12
A surprisingly amount of 28s:
- CA 28
- NV 28
- NM 28
- Tulare County Route J28
- M-28
- NC 28
For me, it would have to be 470, and I haven't even done the ones in Colorado.

Just realized I made an oopsie here. It's four as I clinched NJ 495 as well. Editing the original post.
I've clinched:
four routes numbered 110: I-110(CA), I-110(MS), IN 110, VA 110
three routes numbered 19: I-19, IN 19, IL 19
three routes numbered 22: IN 22, IL 22, M-22
three routes numbered 25: IN 25, IL 25, MA 25
three routes numbered 43: I-43, IN 43, IL 43
three routes numbered 62: IN 62, IL 62, M-62
three routes numbered 104: IN 104, M-104, WA 104
Aw, shucks, I was hoping mine would be a letter rather than a number.
I could have said I've clinched three separate Missouri secondary state highways "numbered" M, but I'm missing the tiny bit east of I-55 in Barnhart.
101 (MA, ME, NH, VT)
