You're making me think of the time in college when I made a bowl of lime Jell-O. But I substituted an equal amount of vodka (stored in the freezer) in place of the cold water (so it had eight ounces of vodka). Stuck it in the refrigerator. Lunchtime comes. One of my roommates comes home and sees it and eats half the bowl. About 45 minutes later, he's ready to hurl. Didn't get much sympathy from the rest of us–if you're a college student, wouldn't you assume a bowl of Jell-O is heavily spiked?

That's what I did the first time I made Jell-O shots, and I don't think I ever got the ratio right. Even half-cold water, half-vodka (and, later, half-grain alcohol) left people gagging.

Anyway, if you want a delicious Jell-O shot, then orange Jello and Fireball Whiskey is the way to go.

Any flavor is fine. Although I don't drink liquor anymore.

I do get that it's a cocktail but wouldn't a new topic about Jell-O be useful if my post not contribute to this thread?

If someone took the time to make Jello Shots, I'm in.  Don't care what flavor. 8-)

These days, 5¢ off wouldn't be worth the time to cut the coupon out, let alone bring it to the store and bother redeeming it.

Then again, I doubt you could give celery-flavor jello away for free.

I think I'd ask before I tasted any green liquids in the fridge.  I also think I'd taste the alcohol in the first swallow and spit it out if getting drunk wasn't on my list of things to do today.
