Title: Chicago Considers Congestion Pricing

I would have added the fourth lane on the IKE in the near west suburbs. That will be expensive
I want to know how you get a fourth lane on 55/Stevenson under the tri-state

I can't say I'm shocked by this news. And, really, anything that encourages people to NOT drive in Chicago during rush hour is a good thing.

Speaking as someone who drives part of I-55 everyday, it'll never go anywhere.  Chicagoland could easily get away without any silly HOT lanes.  Add trains and connections to the various rail infrastructure already in place.
