I have a great idea for a TV show!
It would be sort of like 'Hee Haw'. It would have one-liners and music acts all on the same show! But instead of only country music, we'd have mostly rock and rap. And the jokes in the comedy skits would be 10 times as corny as those on 'Hee Haw'. The jokes would be so incredibly stupid that you just can't resist watching! The comedy skits would also include a lot of physical comedy, mostly people spilling stuff. A person would just be walking along carrying a beverage or something, when all of a sudden the cup would tilt over for no apparent reason and spill it. Then the person would just keep on walking as if nothing happened.
But there wouldn't be any sex jokes, because the networks are very stodgy about that stuff. This would be a family show.
The perfect thing for this show would be a person reading a newspaper by holding it aloft in front of their face, and somebody throwing a dog toy at the newspaper so it tears it. It could do an instant replay from each camera angle. There could also be sketches about people putting things in the toilet.
Sounds like you're proposing a reboot of Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In, but without the double-entendres, which have been OK for over 50 years (See: Three's Company).
Not sure it would work. This is not 1968. Would anyone in 2022 go for such humor?
Giving it a local angle would have more appeal, just like your photo tours in and around where you live. Feature local music acts and comedians and regular folks just doing funny stuff.
You could call it We Know Real People in Cincinnati.

That is the description of many, if not most, TV morning "news" shows.

Wouldn't that be confused with a CBS sitcom from the 70s, because the abbreviation would be obvious?

And NBC had Real People.
It kind of sounds like Bandit is pitching "You Can't Do That on Television".
