I obviously started with Jake's sign generator.  A real sign with blinking LEDs instead of button copy would be sweet.

Welcome to fabulous... US 64? That's pretty cool looking, it would definitely be attention grabbing!

^^ That sounds tempting! How about an interstate shield with LED text? That would be sweet.

Just one problem: the led's shouldn't go back & forth, around the perimeter like a movie marquee  :nod:

easily doable; have a period of 3, not 2.

While not a US Shield, we have an intersection in Delaware (Ohio, that is) that has flashing leds around the stop signs there.

BTW Jeremy, which version of Photoshop did use for the GIF?
