What state(s) have the highest number of sequential interstate and/or US routes??
With interstates, I think Ohio wins with 4 in sequence. 74, 75, 76, and 77 are all in the state.
Pennsylvania ties that as to Interstates with 78, 79, 80, and 81.
Texas has US 79-85.
Michigan has US 23, 24, and former 25.
Now how about 3 digit US highways? I have found a number of states with two - Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma. Are there any with more?
New Hampshire had US 1, US 2, US 3, and US 4 (and US 5 less than a mile away for a good stretch).

West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania all have both US-219 and US-220 (they are roughly parallel and don't intersect). Both Virginia and North Carolina have US-220 and US-221 (they are multiplexed in Roanoke).

Maine with US 201 and (FWIW) US 202
Sikeston, MO has three sequential routes at a single interchange, the routes being US 60, 61, and 62 here (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.8550148,-89.5825768,3a,15.6y,23.37h,91.34t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1shpLIbrEZ5ivwoioQW3M42g!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3DhpLIbrEZ5ivwoioQW3M42g%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D166.39267%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e4).

Ohio had US 20 thru 25, four of them in the Toledo Area.
NY has I-86, I-87, and I-88. If you cheat and include Vermont, you can get I-89, back to NY for I-90, and I-91.
And to get even more fictional for a minute, NY also has I-84, so if I-81 was renumbered I-85 (as I believe it should be) and if any segment of the rooftop highway (I-92) was ever built, you could round it out with I-93 in Vermont to get a full ten numbers. :)

Wait...I-91...in NY?
Tennessee has all five 70-series even US route numbers -- 70, 72, 74, 76, and 78.
Arkansas has 61, 62, 63, 64, 65
Missouri formerly had 65, 66, 67
The only one that I can think of that works in Indiana: US 31, 33, and 35.
Illinois has I-70, 72, and 74 as well as US 50, 51, and 52.
Wisconsin has US 8, 10, 12, 14, (former 16), 18.
For 3di in a state, plenty of 2 in a row examples: 264/265 in KY, 270/271, 470/471 in OH, 290/291 in MA.
Any examples of more than 2 consecutive 3di in a state?

I've looked through the list of Interstate highways, and unless I missed something, no there aren't.
One close case is Ohio, which contains I-275 and I-277; however, I-276 is in the neighboring state of Pennsylvania.

The fantasy world where VT never left in NY in 1791.

True, that's an even number sequence.
But for this thread, they'd need to also have US 9, 11, 13, 15, and 17😂

If only I-39 had been christened "I-53" then IL could have US 50, 51, 52,
fictional I-53/actual I-39, US 54, I-55
Would also have given the gift of
fictional I-53/actual I-39, I-55, I-57
Another one Illinois actually has: I-39, US 40, US 41

Ohio might, maybe, someday, somewhere over the rainbow, push that sequence to 5, by getting I-73

Pennsylvania ties that as to Interstates with 78, 79, 80, and 81.
During the initial numbering of I-380 in the Poconos, it was briefly proposed as an eastern I-82 back in 1957. Had the designation stuck, Pennsylvania would've had I-78 through I-84.
In Massachusetts, you have US 5, US 6, and US 7.
Texas has US routes 79-85.
Colorado has US Routes 84 and 85.
West Virginia used to have US-21 and US-22. But I can't believe that nobody has yet mentioned that Ohio used to have US-20, US-21, US-22, US-23, US-24 and US-25.

We never look back. It distracts from the now.

Then there is US 59 and 63 in the state.
