I know that there are the following locations of the counterclockwise 270-degree loop signs with advisory speeds in the center:

1. Curve in O'Shaugnessy Blvd near Malta Drive in San Francisco CA
2. Left curve in West Shoreline Drive north of West Ocean Blvd in Long Beach CA

Can you think of any others that are NOT listed above?

Lol, I actually saw the one on O'Shaugnessy Blvd on my commute home today!

There's one in Menlo Park at CA 84:

That's the clockwise advisory speed loop sign, Unfortunately, I cannot find the advisory loop sign going in the other direction.

Neither is actually a 270 degree turn. The second is barely more than 90.

I'm not sure I've ever actually seen a 270 degree left turn. (I'm sure there are plenty in England.)

Good catch. This sign seems to have been erected very recently; on GSV, a regular clockwise sign is there in all other previous appearances. Compare with Mar 2022:

The signs though show a 270 loop.
