The town I thought of was Orange, MA.

(although Bank Street adds a fifth leg, and Orange MA has the much nicer sign)
Rockford MI has a S Main, N Main and E Main, but that's because the street takes a 90 degree bend.

I'll still count it because this seems to be fairly rare. But yeah, I like the look of the Orange sign also.
Swainsboro, GA. There used to be a sign stating the city is " Where Main Streets Meet as you entered on US 1.

Crazy! The north-south street is named West Main (both directions), and the east-west street is named North Main (also both directions). Yet US-79 on West Main is posted as north/south. I suspect that northbound LA-9 using the eastern portion of North Main has something to do with this, but southbound LA-9 is mulitplexed with US-79 on the southern portion of West Main. Perhaps somebody here knows more about this curiosity.
