I-35 is 236 miles in Oklahoma and 235 miles in Kansas.
I-70 is 160 miles in Illinois and 156 miles in Indiana (however, because the mile markers on I-70 in Illinois east of the I-55/I-70 split continue the mile markers on I-270, the last mile marker in both states along I-70 is 156).
Aside from these, where else might there be interstate along which two segments in consecutive - i.e. neighboring - states have similar lengths (that is to say, the length of an interstate within a given state differs from the segment in the next adjacent state by 10 miles or less)?
I-80 is only 12 more miles in Illinois than it is Indiana. It's 163 miles in Illinois and 151 miles in Indiana.
US-6 has only 2 miles difference in MA and CT. But even though the states are adjacent, it's not consecutive because there's that little section in RI that's between the two.
I-95 is 179 miles in VA and 181 miles in NC.
I-91 is 58 miles in Connecticut while in Massachusetts it's 55 miles.
I-8 is 171 miles in California and 178 miles in Arizona.
Another one that's 11 miles is I-10 with 77 miles in Mississippi and 66 miles in Alabama.
Found these that were within or very near the OP's guidelines:
I-20 - AL 217 GA 204.5 (12.5 miles)
I-22 - AL 97 MS 107 (10 miles)
I-64 - KY 192 WV 181 (11 miles)
I-77 - NC 106 SC 92 (14 miles)
I-78 - NJ 68 PA 78 (10 miles)
Worth mentioning, but with a big relative difference: I-81 Maryland (12 miles) and I-81 West Virginia (26 miles).
I-75 in Ohio (212 miles) and I-75 in Kentucky (192 miles).
Interstate 25 is 299 miles in Colorado and 301 miles in Wyoming
I-40 is 359 miles in Arizona and 374 in New Mexico. It's also 455 miles in Tennessee and 420 in North Carolina. I don't know if those are close enough for the OP, though.

I saw something about 10 miles or so in the original post.

Ah yes. Still, 359 and 374 miles are less than 5% off from one another. 455 and 420 miles admittedly a bit more.

And this is why I didn't mention about I-95 having almost similar mileage in 3 consecutive states. VA is 179, NC is 181, and SC is 198.

I know on a few I went over the 10 mile mark but I kept it close too. Some of the examples shown have 30 mile or so differences.

I would say within 15 miles could also be considered 10 miles or so unless the OP is looking for examples of 10 miles and under.
The length of I-26 in NC (excluding segments that are de facto part of I-26, but designated as "future") is about 54 miles, and in TN it is about 54 miles.
There are none in New York that come very close. I-84 is somewhat close on both sides in stepping-stone progression, with 54 miles in PA, 72 miles in NY, and 98 miles in CT. I don't see any others worth mentioning.
Just missed by a mile, but still similar in length:
I-65 TN/KY--121/137 miles
I-83 MD/PA--34/50 miles
I-64 IN: 124 miles
I-64 IL: 131 miles
7 mile difference, give or take. I did use the "east point" exit number and added a mile for each state's segment
If the US 66 Interstate designation was a single number in IL (I-55, 294 miles) and MO (I-44, 292 to the PSB and IL, 293 including the little bit of former I-70 up to the Stan Musial Bridge) then it would be darn near equal
According to Wikipedia's main article for US 30, it spends 151.32 miles in Illinois, and 151.8 in Indiana.
However, going to the "US 30 in Illinois" sub-article says 153.79 miles; the "US 30 in Indiana" sub-article says both 155.96 miles and 156.217 miles. Not sure what is causing the discrepancies, but these are all within 5 miles.

Add them together it's 314 miles and in Iowa it's 306 all by itself.

Probably a westbound vs eastbound thing. In Fort Wayne, the eastbound route takes 2 cloverleaf style loop ramps (Exit 309 and 19A), compared to zero in the westbound direction.
