This is the entrance ramp from Wisconsin Ave. to SB I-43/94. Seems one of the support piers was designed incorrectly and a large crack has manifest itself.
Part of this ramp is directly above the ramp from 43 SB to 94 EB, but judging by the description of the column in question as "40 foot" it should be immediately south of this double decker stretch.
