The Mumbai Trans Harbour Link is set to open tomorrow, January 12.
It is a 22 kilometer road link, of which 16 kilometers (10 miles) is on a continuous bridge. It will link the Mumbai peninsula to the growing satellite cities east of the bay, where the new Navi Mumbai Airport is being constructed.
It is one of the largest infrastructure projects in India, and it is the longest cross-sea bridge in India. It was planned since the 1960s. They say it will cut the travel time from 2 hours to 20 minutes.

And I'm called crazy for suggesting a "40 mile" under sea tunnel connect Ventura to the second largest city in the country in the United States. Lol
Amazing project though. I can't wait to drive it one day.
