Title: SE Houston: Which fix you think will happen first: E. Orem Dr or Almeda-Genoa Rd

As someone who grew up in SE Houston, there's these two roads that are kinda opposites of each

E. Orem Dr is 4-lane divided but doesn't reallly go past Cullen Blvd (let alone all the way to SH 288)

Almeda-Genoa Rd has weekly truck traffic, 45 speed limit, and even connects from Telephone Rd all the way to SH 288 but is a 2-lane road with ditches, all the way through.

Both of these are long overdue for a update, but which one you think will happen first?
