Title: I-55/Crump Bd (Memphis, TN) rebuild alternate chosen.

This replaces the NASTY tight cloverleaf interchange at I-55 and Crump Bd in Memphis, TN with free-flow mainline lanes for the I-55 through turn movements and replaces the rest of the interchange complex there with a five-point two-lane roundabout.  VERY INTERESTING in that it will require *NO* building relocations, too.

No word on when work is expected to begin.

Well, this project is in 'Western Tennessee', so I put it in here - as listed in this subforvm's geographic coverage list.  I don't have time to dig much deeper than the main headers of most of the furvms in here.

We have a crossover issue where western TN could fall into either category.  We'll resolve it, but for now, use the link over to the Tennessee group.
