County Route G19 is an approximately eight and half mile long highway signed along Nacimiento Lake Drive which bridges the San Antonio River in Monterey County. The highway begins at County Route G14/Interlake Road in San Luis Obispo County and terminates at County Route G18/Jolon Road near Bradley in Monterey County. County Route G19 most notably was the first roadway in Monterey County which had a bridge constructed over the San Antonio River (constructed in 1921). I'm kicking myself that I put off G19 while that bridge was still active. At least there is still something worthwhile to see.

I haven't been over the new one. I guess I'll have to go back there sometime.
GE historic imagery shows it under construction on 10/11/2022, but Google hasn't noticed and is still showing the old alignment on its map.
Interesting - the old bridge was very similar to the Arroyo Seco River bridge on Elm Avenue west of Greenfield, also in Monterey County.

That was actually built in the 1940s. Strange that a one lane structure of that size would be put in place in that era.

It's not unheard of to reuse designs. There are several bascule bridges across the Sacramento River that are pretty much identical except for the approaches and the color of the paint.
The 1915 era San Lucas Bridge I think was the basis for the later Nacimiento River Bridge? Luckily said structure is still around just past the west terminus of CA 198:
