I seem to remember there beinng a half used stack in upstate NY with suicide ramps. Anybody know what I'm talking about? Any pics?
Also, are there any pics of the Arden Ave BGS for the unused portion of the Korean Parkway?
The only half-used stack I know of in the area is in Connecticut at I-84 Exit 39A / CT 9 Exits 31/32 in Farmington.
Not only is the northern half not in use, but since there is no road continuing north, the lower level for N/S traffic isn't used.

The ramps aren't really "suicide" - that's left to several interchanges on I-84 a few miles east in Hartford.

Regarding the stacks of upstate NY, all of the ones in Albany are fully utilized, even though a lot of the roads then stub out.

For the half used stacks, are you referring to the Dunn Memorial Bridge that carries US 9 and US 20 over the Hudson River?
