Dang this comes after the Unrelated Airplane crash in DC but now this time a Philadelphia area neighborhood is affected by this incident.

Fun (or not so fun)fact - there are about 10 people per week who die in air crashes in US. An average week when no crash makes it to CNN.
That's compared to 600 road deaths in a similarly quiet week.

Whoa! Second time this week alone that a plane crash occurred, as if I need another reason never to fly.

Keep in mind some of the witnesses in the neighborhood called 911 as a bomb explosion until it was revealed to be an airplane crash.

Flying is, by far, the safest way to travel.

I both understand and do not understand the fear of flying.

Fair enough if you're talking about fear of the general idea of being in the air.  But that's entirely different than the intense dislike of the entire experience.  I don't fly because of the latter.

It's not the Philadelphia "area", it's Philadelphia.

I figured out the exact spot on Cottman Avenue. It was right at the Dunkin just west of US 1 in front of the Roosevelt Mall.

The light at Rupert was in the videos with wreckage scattered across that particular intersection.  The signal was dead so I assume the plane hit a power line.

Trying to get the website but like Always social media lies. They let you post to source, but still post to their article.

That's another reason to hate cyber world. Between Rothman and his clickbait and Google posting necro articles and Indeed.com posting two weeks old jobs that have been filled as well as the rest of forced crap, is this.

If it's from a website, than X, Facebook, and Instagram should let you share that not just from the poster.

Number two will shock you because the user included Botswanian national forest road #386 to push their number to 412. (I am coping because I'm only at 31.)

Cottman Avenue reopened.

Though many don't have Instagram, I posted anyway to show it isn't gossip.
