From the most recent WendoverProductions video at this particular timestamp: https://youtu.be/yIZRffLA294?t=360 at timestamp 06:00.
The only identifier that helped me was cars with front license plates. California maybe?
My first gut reaction was something like I-5 near Oceanside in California looking south. Is that a body of water in the background?
Have no idea, but the monotubes might mean something, too.
6:26 - Breezewood?

Yeah, that's it.
Before that, I caught a 502 area code on the back of an 18-wheeler, which would suggest somewhere in the vicinity of Louisville, KY, but then when I doubled back to the scene immediately before it, my first thought was in UT, based off the streetlight style used there. So the video is really a bunch of scenes from random places in a blur, with the exception of Breezewood, which I got right away.

Does this help narrow it down any further:

That does not jive. For one thing, the skip lines are different.

I think it's Rueter-Hess Reservoir.
