Is anyone else excited about this? I wish I knew when it was coming out, but I sure hope it's worth the wait.
Is it going to be as powerful as Vissim?

Can you afford Vissim?????
Looks really cool. Too bad it's Windows-only (I remember a brief era when some companies were making games compatible with Stream OS/Linux, but that seems to be done), though my laptop's lack of a dedicated video card would probably be an issue too. Were it not for that, I'd probably jump on this.
Something tells me I probably can't convince IT to install this on my work computer. Anyone know how to learn Vissim? :-D

Ask your RTE...
I liked Junxion Boys when ESPN did movies.
So basically, this is something akin to Sim City 2000 (speaks to when I stopped playing PC games) with more of an emphasis on traffic control?
I have a feeling that someone's going to copy off Chicago and build the Hypotenuse Expressway through it very soon! (since the new game will let you import Google Maps into it for a more realistic experience)

Basically, although, based on what I know about it, I don't think there is going to be any emphasis on growing a city's population or economy, or zoning or building placement. And the traffic engineering/transportation planning features are going to be far more advanced than those in Cities Skylines 2.
