Kind of a niche topic, but the conversation about casino buffets got me thinking about the dozens of seafood buffets in Myrtle Beach.
Having lived here for 20 years or so, I don't go often. They are generally about $40 per person, and one thing that irks me is that they don't tell you the price until they sit you at the restaurant.
Food-wise, I think they are about the same regardless of where you go. Captain George's probably has the best variety. Compared to Bennett's Calabash at US 17 & Lake Arrowhead Road, Calabash is underwhelming especially for $40.
