This is one of the biggest takeovers of a company.

Can we not sell American companies to the freaking Saudis, who are committing multiple serious human rights violations?

He meant Environnmental Assessments.

On the plus side, private equity firms usually end up destroying the companies they acquire.

I haven't heard of very many private equity deals that were good ones.  EA might regret this.
