The news about A-85 gave me a jump start on the thought of getting this new thread moving. So, with everything that's been posted so far, we have:
April 18: Wichita, KS city meet (AJ Bertin)

May 16: Harrisburg-Hershey PA meet (Jason Ilyes)
June 6: Middletown, NY (rain date June 13) (A. Moss)

July 25: Bi-County Tri-State, IL (Brandon)
Mid-August?: Frederick, MD (Saturday) and Harpers Ferry (Sunday) (Laura B)
October: Monterey / Big Sur (Tom)
October: Rochester, MN (Nikolai)
Already noted, Middletown NY, June 6 (rain date June 13). Haven't officially announced
Depending on how the reopening of CA 1 in Big Sur goes I might do a Monterey area meet. I'd prefer 2027 but it probably is best to drag my feet and another slide happens.
Though the poll on my meet date ends in early December, more then likely the date for my meet will be Saturday May 16 ;-)

Winter 2026: Newark, DE mini-meet (DE 896 flyover ramps open) and house re-warming party. Date will be determined on how quickly I'm able to unpack and get the townhouse set up!

Winter 2026 as in Jan-Feb-March 2026! I'm aiming for February 2026 and will set a date when I have a better feel for how long it will take me to finish unpacking.

Intriguing. I doubt I could do both this and Frederick (even if I wasn't crowding my vacation time as it is, I have a wedding to attend that month, putting a crimp in my availability), but it's definitely on my radar. I've wanted to see A-85 for a long time now and this would be the perfect excuse (especially since, if I was interpreting said news correctly, it should be possible to fully clinch at that point, even if construction won't be 100% complete).
Also looking at attending Harrisburg (as long as it's not one of the weekends tied for second, I expect to be there, though that's of course subject to change if something comes up), and Middletown is an easy daytrip.

Yeahhhh, I've noticed the crossover conflict so I'm moving Frederick to mid-August.
Also, because my late February weekends are already committed to other things, I'm going to move the mini-meet to early March (and yes, I still see that as winter lol, check out my replies in the break off thread!)
This would not be a 2026 meet, but I'm highly considering hosting a Houston or Corpus Christi roadmeet at some point in the next few years. I'm going to go through some big life changes in the next year (graduation, grad school, likely new job, etc.), so we'll see if I'm in a place to host in several months. I'm tentatively aiming for the Jan/Feb 2027 timeframe for when that meet would happen. Houston in particular is the largest city in the US where we haven't had a meet yet, so I'd be excited to host!

This is still to be finalized, but I was thinking of doing something in the fall of 2026. The Shawangunk Ridge (NY) and Litchfield County (CT) are both possibilities.

We can add the Bi-County Tri-State Meet (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=36768.0) to the list, most likely in July, but make your vote early and often.
And I have officially finalized May 16, 2026 for my road meet, I will be modifying my post\ thread later this week
It's pretty much 2026, so let's stick this up.
I'm going to need to postpone my Newark, DE meet/house rewarming. There's a lot going on in my extended family right now and I will need to wait until things are more stable.
Monterey/Big Sur is now a go for October. I updated that specific thread a couple minutes ago.
I'll be hosting a road meet in Rochester, Minnesota in September or October.
