Title: Driving Songs
Post by: SteveG1988 on November 22, 2010, 07:01:02 PM
What songs do you like to drive to, and do you have any songs for different things.

Crusing, i perfer stuff like Autobhan by kraftwerk (if i am in a roadgeeky mood) Otherwise, 80s rock. and sometimes 50s stuff.

Freeway merging, Don't Stop Me Now by Queen, The music from the game Lotus,
Very catchy song, used it on I-295 in NJ, for some reason some songs like this help me concentrate and shift at the right moments with my transmission.

I'll listen to just about anything while driving. Classic rock is normally what I listen to, but if there's a jazz station in range, I'll go with that too. Lately I have a habit while on the way home from work of listening to NPR's "Morning Edition"; I don't normally listen to talk radio, but for some reason I have made that my daily news source.

I usually turn on a classic and/or prog rock radio station and let it play, occasionally switching between the two or three channels I like. :)
