The Toronto Star reports (http://www.thestar.com/news/article/901623--highway-69-construction-could-prove-fatal-to-roadside-businesses) on a new 17km extension of Highway 400 that has opened ahead of schedule and has bypassed the tiny settlement of Nobel, home to some roadside businesses that are going to shut down after being bypassed.
