Anyone else notice that the grass in that picture is mowed? You have to love the priorities of the North Korean government.  :pan:

That seems like the kind of thing I'd expect to see in the DPRK; a dude moving his goats across a never-used highway.

Problem is the goats might have been eaten.  Not a lot of food in North Korea.

They actually do maintain the freeways. And it's true that very very very few people use them, of course, because practically no one owns cars. Terrible shame, indeed. But what do you expect from the world's most isolated nation?

It was probably grazed mowed by the people.  I'm only half kidding.
