Saw the following press release on ODOT's website regarding the new I-244 Arkansas River bridge:

Thought the conceptual crawing was very interesting. I'm assuming this is the west/southbound bridge.
Yes, this bumping the thread but the bid has been awarded and yes it will be two decks with trains and pedestrians down below.

Presumably this will be in addition to the adjacent BNSF Railway bridge?
Hm anyone ever look at the aerial? http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=36.142692,-96.004254&spn=0.004306,0.009152&t=k&z=17 4 bridges for 3 roadways. Is the old one just staying up?
Looks like it is: http://www.nps.gov/nr/travel/route66/11th_street_arkansas_river_bridge_tulsa.html
This bit is just 26604(04)--westbound only. Eastbound is 26604(08) and Oklahoma DOT has already published 90% plans (now no longer on the Web, I think), and I believe it will be advertised in a few months.
You are right, there are currently four road bridges at that point. From east to west, there is the original 11th st bridge (part of old Route 66), the current SW Blvd bridge, and the 2 bridges for I-244. There are 5 if you count the BNSF bridge. The westbound I-244 bridge is going to be replaced and as mentioned above, the eastbound is also scheduled to be replaced.
