Title: Two IA legislators want 60 mph speed limit for two lane state routes

One thing I don't like is this proposal seems to be set up so if a state route is turned over to the county, the speed limit automatically gets reduced.  One some roads the state or county designation may be the only difference, which should not affect the choice of speed limit.
