Tennessee is number one among states in terms of activity/mile and Chattanooga is first among metropolitan areas in terms of activity/mile:

It should be noted that what Grzrd is referring to is freight, not overall traffic.

Whomever did the "Most Congested Corridor" table didn't do their homework:

There is a Lydia Street in Pittsburgh but it doesn't intersect the Parkway and surely not at Exit 2, and they still have the old exit numbers for 279 and 376.
