Exit #40 on I-79 is starting today to be upgraded from a parital interchange to a full interchange. Next time I'm down that way, if there is any progress, I'll try to get some pictures.

The original ramps have been recently been reopened per several news reports (http://www.post-gazette.com/stories/news/transportation/sections-of-i-79-meadow-lands-interchange-reope-648490/).

Google has recently upgraded their imagery in this area, and it must be really recent as they show the original ramps already re-opened.

Passed by this exit on Saturday. It's now open in both directions, but the access to Manifold Road is still closed.
