I am I the only one that noticed this, but if you head EB on US 58 & 460 and US 13 NB into the I-64, I-264, and I-664 tangle at Bowers Hill, there is NO trailblazing for US 460. All other routes are covered, but there is no mention of US 460 on all the guide signs whatsoever.
Even pre- I-664 days there was no shields there when it was just 3 directional interchanges between all the routes, 460 was left out.
Um...

I would concur that US 460 is less posted but not unposted. The dynamic is essentially the same back to 1991.
Note that even if you didn't see the signs shown in NE2's post, you will be directed correctly no matter which split you follow...

I have seen it now! Thanks a few months later, but thanks both of you.
I don't see why US 460 cannot be co-signed along I-264 to downtown Norfolk. It is co-signed in a roundabout way in Chesapeake with US 13 and VA 166 to Norfolk. Signing this along I-264 would accomplish two things-- a more direct routing for US 460 and a decommissioning of ALT US 460 (like it is needed).
