Here's a picture of the WYO 70 (notable to roadgeeks as the Wyoming highway that dips into Colorado) landslide about 15 miles east of the Colorado line.

A similar thing happened on SR-35 near Tabiona (east of Heber City), which is more or less close to where this is. The soil here is way saturated, and something like a blocked culvert (which is the case on SR-35) can decimate a road.
